Senior Week 23

This week was very short because we had two snow days at the start of the week but I was still able to get some work done. At the end of last week I had a few designs for my CD holder project. This week I put some finishing touches on the main one and cut out a test in cardboard. The slots look good and look like they will fit the CDs but I didn't like how boring the design was. On Thursday after I lasercut the test in cardboard I starting brainstorming ways to make it more interesting and I thought of giving it a curvy shaped base instead of the rectangular base I had before.

On Thursday I ended up having enough time to try this design and I think it came out well. I am going to try to clean up the edges to make it look cleaner but I like the idea of this new design so far more than the last one.
