Week 34

This week I kept working on my snowboard hanger project. I finalized my last design on monday and moved onto printing a test. I planned on printing one of the hangers and then moving onto the second if it looked good. When I went to print it, I ran into some issues with sizing. With the help of Mr. L I was able to fix the issues and start printing.

I also had to change the design a little bit because it would use too much material. I ended up needing to hollow out the triangle section of the hanger to do this. This caused me to use one of my old designs which already had the hollowed out triangle. I just added some fillets to make it better resemble my newest design and printed it. It came out well and I think that it will be able to hold the snowboard well once I print out the second part.

On Thursday, I started cleaning out my box. I had some parts from old projects in it that I no longer needed. I took out all the unnecessary parts and left anything that I may need for next year in it.
