Week 6

This week I started working on a new project. I came up with the idea of doing a new lightbox with a different design this time. It's going to be a square box with a piece of engraved acrylic as one of the sides. You will be able to see the electronics and lights on the inside as well which I like. I also want to be able to hang it on a wall so I'm going to add holes to the back in order to hang it. I went through a few different variations of differing sizes and proportions but I eventually stuck with a square design that is 6in x 6in and 3 in wide that you can see below. Once I finished the CAD I started working on some of the electronics for the project. I made a few breadboard circuits in order to get an idea of how I would like to do the electronics.
